The standard quality assurance forms for the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle of the units of the Tirebolu Faculty of Communication are included. These forms, used in our faculty’s quality management process, enable the units to carry out planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement activities in a systematic and measurable manner.

Unit PDCA forms serve as fundamental tools for monitoring quality processes, evaluating performance, and documenting continuous improvement efforts. Through these forms, activities carried out in the units are recorded in compliance with standards, and reporting can be conducted at all stages of the quality cycle.

The forms are used to support the faculty’s internal quality assurance practices, enhance process efficiency, and document improvement activities through stakeholder feedback.
