Our university does not have its own student dormitory. Our students are placed in dormitories operated by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KYK) subject to availability.

E-Registration Procedures

The electronic registration (e-registration) process conducted via e-Government is considered final registration. Students who complete e-registration do not need to come to the university or submit any documents.

Registration Renewal

Registration renewal procedures are conducted through the Student Information System (UBS) on the dates specified in the academic calendar.

Student ID Card

Student ID cards are collected from the student affairs office of the academic unit where the student is enrolled.

Lost ID Card

In the event of a lost ID card, a request must be submitted to the student affairs office along with a receipt confirming payment of the designated fee.

Diploma Reissuance

Graduates who have lost their diplomas may apply to the student affairs office of their registered unit with a loss report, a photo, a copy of their ID card, a written request, and a receipt for the fee.
