DEAR STUDENT;
Based on the 2025 YKS placement results, you have been admitted to our University. We congratulate you on choosing our Faculty for your higher education, one of the most important stages of your academic life; we wish you continued success both throughout your higher education and in your life after graduation. WELCOME TO OUR UNIVERSITY!
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
Students who have earned the right to enroll at our university based on the 2025 YKS placement results may register either electronically using their e-Government passwords (e-registration) or in person by visiting our university. The necessary information regarding registration is provided below.
Candidates who have earned the right to enroll in a higher education institution but are currently in the final stages of completing their secondary education, associate’s, or bachelor’s programs—and who will be taking an internship, make-up exams, or a single-course exam—will also have their provisional registration processed between September 1–5, 2025. If these candidates submit the documents proving their graduation to the unit where they are registered by the end of business hours on December 31, 2025, their permanent registration will be processed. For students from Open High Schools who have been admitted to a higher education institution, if they submit the documents proving their graduation to the unit where they are registered by the end of business hours on January 30, 2026, their permanent registration will be processed. The provisional registrations of those who fail to provide proof of graduation by this date will be canceled, and the registrations of candidates in this situation who do not complete their provisional registration by the specified dates will not be processed.

Military service status will not prevent students from registering. However, students for whom high school graduation information cannot be obtained from the Ministry of National Education will not be able to complete electronic registration and will be directed to our University to complete registration in person.
-Candidates who do not complete in-person or electronic registration and finalize their procedures within the specified timeframe will lose their right to register.
- Students who complete the electronic registration process must print and keep the barcoded receipt confirming their registration.
- Applicants wishing to register in person must apply in person. Registration is not accepted by mail.

- Candidates who fail to register within the specified dates cannot claim any rights.

These candidates will lose all rights arising from their placement.
4. TUITION FEES
- Regular-track students who are also enrolled at another higher education institution will be required to pay tuition fees.

5. CANDIDATES WHO CANNOT REGISTER:
In accordance with the decision of the Higher Education Council regarding the prohibition of concurrent enrollment in two associate degree or two bachelor’s degree programs within the same higher education institution, as stated in the YKS Guides, candidates whose situations align with this provision cannot register for the new higher education program they have been placed in unless they have terminated their affiliation with the higher education institution where they are currently enrolled.
6. MILITARY SERVICE STATUS:
Applicable to candidates whose status falls under one of the following categories:
a) Those who have lost the right to defer military service in accordance with the provisions of the Military Service Law No. 1111 and the directives issued by the Ministry of National Defense on this matter,

c) Candidates who have completed a higher education program lasting four years or more and have not yet completed their military service,
If these candidates are placed in any higher education program as a result of the 2025-YKS, their registration will be processed. However, if the military service of candidates in this situation has been deferred, they may continue their education in the program for which they have gained admission until the end of their deferment period; upon the expiration of the deferment period, since they lose their right to defer military service, the registrations of such candidates will be suspended, and they may resume their education after completing their military service.
