The Faculty of Communication in Tirebolu aims to educate qualified, creative, inquisitive, and ethically responsible communication professionals. Educational activities in the Departments of Journalism, Public Relations and Publicity, and Radio, Television and Cinema are carried out through a contemporary approach that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application.

Students receive education from an experienced and highly qualified academic staff while gaining professional experience through practice-oriented learning opportunities. To support students’ academic and professional development, the Faculty regularly organizes conferences, symposiums, panels, workshops, and seminars, and encourages participation in national and international scientific events.

Through a wide range of applied learning activities, students have the opportunity to develop practical skills in areas such as news production and media content development, corporate communication and public relations practices, advertising and promotional campaigns, photography and video production, radio and television broadcasting, digital media content design, and audiovisual media production. These experiences enable students to transform theoretical knowledge into professional practice and strengthen their career readiness throughout their education.

The Faculty also supports internationalization through Erasmus+ and other exchange programs, offering students valuable academic, cultural, and international experiences.
